Inauguration - Drip Tubing Line - Rapid Series

Windsor Machines launched a new product, Drip tube extrusion line by contributing in the prospering field of Drip Irrigation Technology.

According to a recent statistics, only 4% of total farming land in India is irrigated by modern techniques. This huge gap indicates a great potential for the pipe processors considering which RAPID 45, a newly developed Drip Tubing Extrusion Line was launched by joining hands with M/s. Drip Irrigation System, USACDIS, LLC.

Windsor Machines demonstrated the line in operation on 19th May, 2012, the event which was attended by many Industry veterans like Sudhakar pipes, Vishakha pipes, Jalbindu, Kumar Enterprises, Mohit pipes, Parixit pipes etc.

Plast India - February 2012

Windsor Machines Limited showed its presence in a large impressive stall area of almost about 1000 square metres and displayed some of the developments which proved to be the major attractions at the PlastIndia show held at Delhi in February, 2012. During the event there were some were some new developments from Windsor which were major attractions and caught many attention.

REX 1500 Hybrid was highly appreciated by Industry veterans for its superior performance for delivering up to 450 kg/hr on 90% metalocine LLDPE (1500 mm*40micron) films with just a 250 mm die lip. This could be possible due to maximiser die cooling ring technology from principals KUHNE, GMBH Germany. Further to it, a blow up ratio (BUR) of 3.8 achieved, provided superior DART impact strength in the films.

Windsor Machines Limited also displayed the recently launched Twin Screw CPVC Pipe Extruder with a capacity up to 170 kg/hr.

Also displayed was a 4th generation SPEED Series Single Screw 45 mm Extruder for delivering up to 300-330 kg/hr for PE pipes or up to 220-240 kg/hr for PPR pipes. This new technology is developed in collaboration with a German partner and consumes under 0.29 kwh/kg during operation.
